U-SHAPE-SIGN-PRODUCTION
With this new development, we have reduced the production time of anodised aluminium signs and front panels from ten working days to just one.
In U-shape sign production, everything happens in one fell swoop. Customer-specific signs are printed, processed and packaged in a single operation – all done!
In conventional factory production, every procedure is carried out according to a work schedule. Therefore the comparatively long idle periods between the procedures impact production time significantly. Now we calculate just one week between receiving the order and delivery in a normal case.
Criteria:
- Metal signs/fronts anodised, printed or unprinted
- Plate thickness from 0.5 to 4 mm
- Cut edges, not anodised and not coloured
- Back not decorated or chrome-plated
- Back adhesive: 3M 467 or 3M 468
- All holes and cut-outs
- Drill-holes with or without threads
- Without bolts
- Batch sizes of 1 to 100 pcs or max. 5 metal sheets of 70 dm2
