DYEING
Utilizing immersion dyeing, we are able to color the aluminum with an aqueous solution. We are capable of manufacturing panels, faceplates, and chassis enclosures in a range of colorsand shades by multiple colorations and discolorations.
In a final step, the oxide layer is made denser by immersing the anodized aluminum in hot water. The pores of the oxide layer open and the incorporated color pigments are fixed.
The dense oxide layer is hard as glass and has the following characteristics:
- High level of surface hardness, resulting in a good abrasion resistance.
- Resistance to solvents.
- Excellent corrosion protection.
Regular analysis of the immersing procedure guarantees consistently high quality and an environmentally friendly process.
